About Don
Don has a unique spiritual connection with nature that has guided him through life. It is
most manifested in his bond with animals, and it is not uncommon for wildlife to greet him
or seek him out for care.

Exploring nature and science as a youth laid the
foundation for Don’s environmental career. He is a
certified naturalist and educated in environmental
studies, fine arts, and communications. Don’s
professional experience encompasses work as an
environmental consultant, communicator, and
designer.
Don has a comprehensive knowledge of the natural
world and a passion for sharing the wonder of
nature. He is an engaging, entertaining, and
informative public speaker and presents popular
nature talks and programs. Don’s love of nature
and his communication talents have inspired many
to save nature in their backyard!
